What can you do as a PADI SI
Becoming a PADI Staff instructor is a rewarding path to become a mentor to IDC candidates and qualifies you to assist on PADI IDC programs conducted by a PADI Course Director.
Auditing an entire IDC without the pressure and nerves of having to pass and IE makes a rewarding experience where you learn so much more than you did in your first IDC

The PADI SI curriculum
As part of your Staff Instructor training you will learn how to conduct the PADI assistant instructor course, learn how to score classroom presentations, confined water and openwater presentations. You will audit an entire PADI IDC and present presentations as well. You will resit the 5 theory exams as well as the standards and procedures exam.
