We’re beyond stoked to announce that Dive Instructor Academy is teaming up with the amazing crew at Living the Dream Divers on Grand Cayman!
Together, we’re bringing world-class PADI Instructor Development Courses (IDC) to one of the most spectacular dive destinations on the planet. PADI IDC Cayman Islands
Leading the charge? None other than Kai Steinbeck, our multi–Platinum PADI Course Director and all-around dive legend.
🚀 The Big News
Grand Cayman has long been famous for its crystal-clear waters, incredible reefs, and epic wrecks—but until now, it’s been missing something: top-tier PADI Instructor training.
That’s changing in May and October 2026, when Dive Instructor Academy hits the island to run our full PADI IDC Cayman Islands experience with Living the Dream Divers.
💻 Training That Fits Your Life
Before you even dip a fin in the Caribbean, you’ll join 8 live online sessions (3 hours each) led personally by Kai. These sessions trim down the traditional classroom time, so when you arrive in Grand Cayman, it’s all about what we love most—diving.
Less theory, more bubbles.
🤿 Dive, Learn, Explore – Including the Legendary Kittiwake Wreck!
Get ready to dive into history with a wreck you’ll never forget: The USS Kittiwake. You’ll complete your PADI Wreck Diver Specialty Instructor training right on this iconic site.
